Massachusetts sees decrease in cases as COVID-19 cases hit almost 21,000, 96 more dead

Massachusetts has seen 2,033 more positive cases in the last 24 hours. A decrease from the previous 24 hour period.

The Massachusetts Department of Health statistics show a rise in total cases to 20,974 with 96 more dead for a total of 599.

Massachusetts had seen 2,151 more positive cases in the previous 24 hour period.

There were 7,414 new tests conducted for a total of 102,372

Massachusetts residents subject to COVID-19 quarantine by current status up to April 7th, 2020
Total of individuals subject to quarantine: 13,027
Total of individuals who have completed monitoring (no longer in quarantine): 5,402
Total of individuals currently undergoing monitoring/under quarantine: 7,625

According to the CDC, as of April 10th, the total amount of cases in the country is 459,165 with 16,570 dead.
