Massachusetts police warn of possible door-to-door scam
Police in Massachusetts are warning of a possible door-to-door scam.
According to Pembroke Police, on May 17th, the Pembroke Police Department was made aware of a solicitor representing Cambridge Masonry and Construction going door to door.
The representative was a heavy-set white male with dark hair and a thick Irish brogue. He was operating a white pickup truck with a ladder attached to a rack in the bed of the pickup.
The individual was offering free estimates for masonry, roofing, pavement, and construction projects.
This company may be connected to an ongoing construction fraud scam in the Needham, MA area.
If this individual is seen, contact your local police department. If anyone has been approached by this individual and has any video of him or the vehicle, contact the Pembroke Police Detective Division at 781-293-6363.
