Massachusetts passes 90,000 COVID-19 cases, 500,000 tests
Today, Massachusetts saw a slight increase in COVID-19 cases while deaths and hospitalizations dropped.
Massachusetts has seen 1,114 more positive cases in the last 24 hours. An increase from the previous 24 hour period.
The Massachusetts Department of Health statistics show a rise in total cases to 90,084 with 82 more reported dead for a total of 6,148.
Massachusetts had seen 1,045 more positive cases in the previous 24 hour period.
11,533 tests were performed, almost 1,500 less than the total released yesterday, to increase the overall total to 501,486.

Massachusetts residents subject to COVID-19 quarantine by current status up to May 19th

• Total of individuals who have completed monitoring (no longer in quarantine): 32,549
• Total of individuals currently undergoing monitoring/under quarantine: 20,560
According to the CDC, as of May 21st, the total amount of cases in the country is 1,551,095 with 93,061 dead.
