A Massachusetts man will be using some of his big State Lottery winnings to help others.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Nicholas Budesky of Lowell is the winner of $500,000 in Mass Cash grand prizes in the game’s Friday, November 14 midday drawing.

Budesky, who won his prizes playing a set of numbers that represent birthday and anniversary dates, said that he plans on helping his family and doing home renovations with his winnings. He claimed his prizes Monday at the Massachusetts State Lottery’s headquarters in Dorchester.

He purchased his winning tickets at BJ’s Wholesale Club, 100 Corporate Dr. in Franklin.  The store receives a $5,000 bonus for its sale of these winning tickets.
