Massachusetts man plans on letting money work for him after hitting $1 million on State Lottery scratch ticket
A Massachusetts man knows exactly how he will spend the money after hitting big on a State Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Mark Aucoin of Billerica has won a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” $10 instant ticket game.
Aucoin opted to receive his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans on investing his winnings.
He purchased his winning ticket at Gulf, 349 Great Rd. in Bedford. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
