Massachusetts man hits second State Lottery prize of at least $1,000,000, here is how he plans to spend it while going for trifecta
It’s like getting hit by lightning twice only the result is much more satisfying. A Massachusetts man just hit his second big State Lottery prize, and he is not stopping there.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Robert McKenna of Marshfield is the winner of a $2 million grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 Stacked” $20 instant ticket game.
McKenna chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $1,300,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to take a vacation and invest the winnings.
He hit for $1 million about 21 years ago and says he’s going for the trifecta.
McKenna purchased his winning ticket at Home Spirits, 227 Columbia Rd. in Hanover. The store receives a $20,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
“$2,000,000 Stacked” has twelve $2,000,000 and four $1,000,000 prizes remaining.
