Massachusetts man hits $1 million prize on State Lottery scratch ticket, heads right back to work
A Massachusetts man did not let winning a big payday on a State Lottery scratch ticket stop him from getting his job done.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Tyler Considine is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new “100X Cash” instant ticket game.
Considine, who is from Dracut, opted to receive his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). A mechanic, Considine said that he planned to go to the bank to deposit his winnings that day and then head back to work.
He purchased his winning ticket at Dracut Town Variety, 1734 Lakeview Ave. in Dracut. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
