Dorchester, MA – A Massachusetts man has some great plans after hitting big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.

Alberto Borges of Fall River is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Bonus 100X” $10 instant ticket game.

Borges chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to put the winnings towards a vacation and his family. 

He purchased his winning ticket at Cumberland Farms, 864 Stafford Rd. in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

Bonus 100X has one $4 million and one $1 million prizes remaining.
