Massachusetts man arrested after report of elderly woman being robbed at Rhode Island casino
A Massachusetts man is accused of robbing an elderly woman at a Rhode Island casino.
The Lincoln Police Department has taken into custody 20-year-old Cody Paigen of Winchester, Massachusetts.
Paigen is being charged with one count of First-Degree Robbery in connection with an incident that occurred on January 19, 2026, at Bally’s Twin River Casino where an elderly woman was reportedly robbed.
Paigen will be remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Kent County Courthouse.
The Lincoln Police Department extended its gratitude to the Winchester Police Department, the Rhode Island Fusion Center, and Bally’s Twin River Security and Surveillance Team for their cooperation and assistance throughout the investigation.
