Massachusetts man accused of taking “upskirt” photos of adults and juveniles at department store, supermarket
Hingham, MA – Following an investigation by Hingham detectives, a 44-year-old Hanover man was arrested at his home on 3 warrants issued from alleged “upskirting” incidents.
According to police, last Monday, management at Whole Foods on Derby St. called police to report a man had been taking “upskirt” photos of women inside the store. The man was told to leave by an employee and left before police arrived. Detectives were able to identify the man and two adult victims.
During the investigation, working with management from both Derby Street Shops and Kohl’s, detectives found the same man had allegedly taken “upskirt” photos inside Kohl’s on August 14th and 17th. On those two occasions, the victims were identified and were under 18 years old.
Detectives obtained three arrest warrants for the man and found him at his Hanover home today. He was arrested with the assistance of the Hanover Police and booked at the Hingham Police station.
Arrested was Aedan P. Ford. He was charged with Photographing Sexual or Intimate Parts of a Child, Photographing Sexual or Intimate Parts of a Child, Photographing of Unsuspecting Nude Person, Photographing of Unsuspecting Nude Person, and Assault (one adult victim).
After booking, he was transported to Hingham District Court for arraignment today.
