Massachusetts man accused of dealing drugs that caused overdoses in several communities
A Massachusetts man was arrested recently after being accused of having a role in several overdoses.
According to police, on Friday, after an extensive investigation conducted by the Milford Police Detective Division, 44-year-old Joel Santiago-Galve aka “Primo” of Marlborough, MA, was arrested with the assistance of Milford Police Patrol Division & K9 Unit.
Santiago-Galve is believed to be responsible for multiple drug overdoses in surrounding communities.
Santiago-Galve was charged with Drug, Distribute Class B (Cocaine), Possession to Distribute Cocaine, Possession to Distribute Class A Drug, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law, Possession Class A Drug, and Possession of Class B Drug.
