Massachusetts ICE arrests Brazilian national after charges in Rhode Island, Connecticut, other states

Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Massachusetts have announced a recent arrest.

ICE Boston placed in custody Filipe Medeiros Dos Anjos, who they say is a criminal illegal alien from Brazil who pleaded no contest to a recent DUI charge in Warwick, RI, and currently faces several other charges in other states.

His pending charges include:

• Assault & battery on a child causing injuries

• Strangulation/suffocation

• Fugitive from justice in Connecticut

• Witness intimidation

Dos Anjos is likely facing removal from the U.S.
