Massachusetts father’s big $1 million State Lottery prize is all about his daughter
A Massachusetts man’s daughter will be the beneficiary of his big State Lottery win.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Sivanthoeun Sar of Attleboro is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Monopoly Doubler” $10 instant ticket game.
Sar chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans on putting the winnings towards his daughter’s college education.
He purchased his winning ticket at Mutual Mart,19 Pleasant St. in Attleboro. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
