Massachusetts driver finds boa constrictor under hood Saturday
A Massachusetts man was in for the surprise of his life when he opened his car hood Saturday morning.
According to Stoughton Police, Joe Reed opened his car hood to check his car fluids before work. That is when he spotted a Boa Constrictor staring right back at him.
Once Reed saw the Boa Constrictor, he called Stoughton Police to tell them what he had found.
Officers DeSousa, Gada, and Cowgill along with Animal Control Officer Heal responded to the scene and safely captured the snake without any harm to the animal, the officers, or Reed.
ACO Heal took the snake where it will be cared for.
