Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Transit Police reports injuries after GPS leaves vehicle on tracks
A recent incident involving a GPS may give fans of the hit TV show The Office some flashbacks.
According to MBTA Transit Police, on Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. in the vicinity of Dean Road Brookline, a Ride Share driver of a 2017 Hyundai claimed he followed his GPS onto the MBTA Green Line tracks.
The passenger/client claimed neck/back injuries & was transported to a hospital.
Service was delayed for 30 minutes.
The tracks were inspected & cleared.
