Man reports he was assaulted with a machete in Fall River

Police are investigating after an alleged incident that took place in the Scholarship City.

At just before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, scanner transmissions reported that a man walked into the police station to report that he was assaulted with a machete at Bicentennial Park in Fall River.

According to the Fall River Police Department, the reported assault is under investigation.
