Man killed in Bristol pedestrian accident remembered for great heart, auto body skills
A man who died after an incident in a local parking lot on Monday is being remembered.
According to police, at just before 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of 400 Metacom Avenue in Bristol, RI (The Wave Pizza Restaurant).
The incident involved 59-year-old Mark Carroll of Bristol. Carroll sustained serious injuries and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
According to an obituary, “Mark was a very talented Body Mechanic Man and worked in Auto Body for many years. He took great care of his mother and was a guy with a great heart who was happy to help anyone in need.”
Services will be private.
The accident is currently under investigation and police are looking for anyone who has video of the incident.
