Man fighting for his life after afternoon stabbing in Fall River
A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed this afternoon in Fall River.
According to Captain Barden Castro, at 2:37 p.m., Fall River Police received a report of a stabbing in the 100 block of Nashua Street.
Preliminary information received is that a male had been stabbed in the chest and neck. A victim was located and is being transported to Rhode Island Hospital with what have been described as life threatening injuries.
Investigators are currently on-scene piecing together what transpired.
Castro could not yet confirm the identity of the victim or age. A suspect has yet to be arrested.
