Liberty Utilities, Ferreira Construction announce road work taking place for week of October 31st
Officials have released a bulletin to give residents and drivers a heads-up concerning road construction that is expected to take place in the city this week.
According to Liberty Utilities and Ferreira Construction, the following Fall River streets are expected to have road construction for the week of October 31st. Delays and road closures are expected at these locations.
Colfax St.
Courtney St. (Saturday work)
Fifth St. – Near intersection of Hartwell St.
Hillside St. – At Linden St.
Maple St. – Heading west from High St. towards N. Main St.
Prospect Street – Between Shawmut St. and cemetery entrance
Prospect Street at Highland Avenue (Saturday work – Installing new gas main across Prospect Street at Highland Avenue)
Quequechan St.
Rock St. – At Pearce St. heading south towards Maple St.
Stevens St. – Heading south from McGee St.
Weetamoe St. – near N. Main St.
Weaver St. – At railroad crossing
