Liberty Utilities, Century Paving announces road construction, street milling, and street paving to take place in early August

A bulletin has been issued to give residents and drivers a heads-up concerning construction, street milling, and road paving that is expected to take place in the city.

According to Liberty Utilities, the following Fall River streets are expected to have road construction by Liberty/Ferreira Construction for the week of August 1st. Delays and road closures are possible at these locations.

Dickinson Street
Fordney Street
Frost Street
Maple Street (off of Robeson Street)
North Belmont Street
Oak Grove Avenue
Sevigny Street
Welcome Street

Please note that Ferreira Construction will not be working at Plymouth Avenue and Rodman Street. Work will resume on Sunday evening, August 7th.

Century Paving milling and paving work scheduled to take place beginning in August.

Monday 8/1/22 milling the following streets:
Jepson Street from Knight Street to Eastern Avenue]
Alty Street from Jepson Street to Pleasant Street

Tuesday 8/2/22 milling the following streets:
Marchand Street from Alty Street to Eastern Avenue
Fielden Street from McGown Street to Pleasant Street
Holden Street from Fielden Street to Eastern Avenue
Campbell Street from Eastern Avenue to Dead End
Campbell Street from Pleasant Street to Dead End

All paving to start on Tuesday 8/2/22 and will go in order of the milling list.
