Laos national living in Massachusetts arrested by ICE after being granted parole in killing of ex-wife after Plymouth party
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced the arrest of a man convicted of murder in Massachusetts.
ICE Boston stated that they have arrested Souvanheuang Phachansiri, an illegal alien from Laos, in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Phachansiri’s criminal history includes a conviction for 2nd degree murder and kidnapping.
In May of 1991, Phachansiri was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole following the murder and kidnapping of his ex-wife in 1990 after a family gathering in Plymouth.
The Massachusetts Parole Board granted Phachansiri parole in 2019.
Phachansiri is facing removal from the United States.
