Massachusetts has a boatload of common-sense gun laws and they are more on the way, so this story of a young Hood Rat possessing an unregistered gun with serial number filed off and without a “license to carry” issued by the Fall River Police via the Commonwealth …. has to be fake news. There is no way this could happen.
