Immigration Customs and Enforcement announces 7 arrests made in Massachusetts on various charges including child rape, drug distribution

Immigration Customs and Enforcement has announced several recent arrests that took place by ICE Boston.

On Dec. 3, Officers with ICE Boston arrested Jorge Garcia-Hernandez, an illegal alien and habitual criminal offender from Cuba. His criminal charges include rape of a child under 16, assault & battery, and possession/distribution of a controlled substance on school property.

On Dec. 1, Officers with ICE Boston arrested Kamsoth Pet, a criminal alien from Cambodia. Pet’s criminal history includes convictions for rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a child (2 counts), resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer.

On Dec. 1, Officers with ICE Boston arrested Milciades Ramirez Ramon, a criminal alien from the Dominican Republic. Ramirez’ criminal history includes convictions for possession with intent to distribute (fentanyl), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and armed robbery.

On Dec. 1, Officers with ICE Boston arrested Jorge Alberto Menjivar, a criminal alien from El Salvador. Menjivar’s criminal history includes a conviction for aggravated rape of a child (3 counts), rape of a child by force, intimidation of a witness, and assault and battery.

ICE Boston arrested Jorge Alberto Menjivar, a 45-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador, who’s been convicted of three counts of aggravated rape of a child and three counts of rape of a child by force in Woburn, Massachusetts. He was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison.

ICE Boston arrested Jesus Galvan-Orozco, a criminal alien offender from Mexico, as part of Operation Patriot. His criminal charges include distribution of marijuana, OUI, and unlawful reentry, which he was sentenced to 9 months in prison.

ICE Boston arrested Araujo Eliseu Alves, a criminal illegal alien from Cape Verde. Alves’ criminal history includes charges for assault to rape in Massachusetts and disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in Rhode Island. He remains in ICE custody and is facing removal.
