ICE Boston has announced several recent arrests in Massachusetts in what they have dubbed the worst of the worst.

Emelio Neftaly Pineda is back in ICE custody after serving time for illegally reentering the US. His criminal history includes domestic assault & battery, violating restraining order, DWI & warrant for leaving an accident scene. He remains in ICE custody until deported.

ICE Boston arrested Abdulkhalek Darwich, a 56-year-old criminal alien from Syria, on Nov. 17. He has pending charges for first-degree child molestation, first-degree sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a child in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

ICE Boston also arrested Manuel Emilio Lora Troncoso, a 61-year-old criminal alien and sexual predator from the Dominican Republic, on Nov. 7. He’s been convicted of two counts of raping a child by force and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in Woburn, Massachusetts. He was sentenced to eight to 12 years in prison.

On November 18th, ICE arrested Ying Liang Deng, a criminal alien offender from China. Deng’s criminal charges include criminal sexual conduct 3rd degree, DWI, and possession of controlled substance 4th degree.

ICE Boston arrested Mario Torres-Herrera, a 35-year-old violent criminal alien from Guatemala, on Sept. 30. He’s been convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon in Framingham, Massachusetts, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
