Immigration and Customs Enforcement Boston arrests fifth person in southern New England in the last month wanted for homicide
Immigration and Customs Enforcement Boston have announced the capture of a fifth murder suspect in the last month.
According to ERO Boston, Altieris Chaves Paiva was arrested Sunday in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
Paiva is the subject of an Interpol Red Notice for homicide and is wanted by authorities in Brazil.
In the past month, ERO Boston has arrested five criminal aliens with Interpol Red Notices or who are foreign fugitives wanted for murder/homicide in their home countries.
Danny Granados-Garcia was arrested in Waterbury, Connecticut. He was a wanted fugitive in El Salvador, with an arrest warrant issued for aggravated homicide and member of terrorist organization.
Kele Cristian Alves-Pereira was arrested in Everett, Massachusetts. Authorities in Brazil issued a warrant for Alves-Periera for the offense of murder with INTERPOL issuing a red notice for her arrest.
Magno Jose Dos Santos was arrested in Worcester, Massachusetts Authorities in Brazil issued a warrant for Dos Santos for the criminal charges of homicide and attempted crime.
Bryan Rafael Gomez was arrested in Worcester, Massachusetts. Gomez was the subject of an Interpol Red Notice for homicide and was wanted by authorities in the Dominican Republic.
