Immigration and Customs Enforcement Boston announce the arrest of Cuban national in Massachusetts with criminal history including 85 arraignments

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent arrest.

According to ICE Boston, on April 22nd, ICE Boston arrested Pedro Fundora-Vasquez, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, during targeted operations in Boston.

Fundora-Vasquez’s criminal history includes 85 arraignments and convictions for trafficking heroin, trafficking cocaine, trafficking marijuana, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, threatening, assault, and a prior charge for indecent assault and battery on a child with a pending charge for possession of cocaine.

He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
