Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests Honduran national in Fall River after multiple charges, restraining orders

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent arrest that took place in Massachusetts.

According to ICE Boston, they have arrested Edwin Alfredo Aguilar Reyes, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, during operations in Fall River.

ICE states that Reyes has been issued three separate restraining orders and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member, witness intimidation, and breaking and entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony. Reyes also has a conviction for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Reyes is likely to be subject to removal proceedings.
