Immigration and Customs Enforcement announces arrest of Haitian national in Massachusetts facing multiple charges

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent local capture where the party is facing pending charges.

On July 16th, ICE Boston arrested Daniel Narcisse, a criminal illegal alien from Haiti, during targeted operations in Fall River, Massachusetts.

According to ICE, his criminal history includes pending charges for operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle negligently, improper operation of a motor vehicle, and child endangerment while operating under the influence.
