Iced Out Pub’s license suspended after Fall River shooting, other incidents
A Fall River establishment is closed for the time being after a violent incident.
According to police, on Thursday, the Fall River Licensing Board convened an emergency meeting to address the licensing status of Iced Out Pub, located on East Main Street. This meeting was prompted by a shooting that occurred on the premises during the early morning hours on Thursday.
Prior to this incident, a show-cause hearing had already been scheduled before the Board to review prior incidents that could potentially impact Iced Out Pub’s eligibility to hold a liquor license. Police stated that in light of the seriousness of the recent incident, the Board voted unanimously to suspend the establishment’s liquor license pending the scheduled show-cause hearing on December 23rd.
