ICE Boston arrests Mexican national in Taunton, has 13 arrests in U.S., currently on probation

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced an arrest that was made in Bristol County.

On March 10th, ICE Boston arrested Daniel Ramirez-Yerena, described as a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, during operations in Taunton.

According to ICE, Ramirez-Yerena has a lengthy criminal history and has been arrested 13 times since he illegally entered the United States.

He has two convictions for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a drug and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Ramirez-Yerena is currently on probation and was recently arrested for domestic violence.

Ramirez-Yerena will remain in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
