ICE Boston announces arrest of Brazilian national convicted of child molestation sexual assault

Authorities announced the arrest Monday of a Brazilian national with a criminal history.

ICE Boston has announced that they have arrested Andrew Da Silva, an illegal immigrant from Brazil, in Cranston, Rhode Island.

ICE states that Da Silva’s criminal history includes a conviction for two counts of second-degree child molestation sexual assault.

With his arrest, Da Silva is facing removal proceedings.
