ICE announces new arrest in southeastern Massachusetts, states 700,000+ arrests made in 2025

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent arrest and also released update statistics.

According to ERO Boston, on February 26th, ICE Boston arrested Walens Fenelon, a criminal illegal alien from Haiti, during operations in Bridgewater, Mass.

Fenelon’s criminal history includes convictions for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a person 60 years or older.

Fenelon has an additional arrest and open charge for violation of an abuse prevention order.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, in 2025, DHS law enforcement arrested more than 700,000 illegal aliens—nearly 70% having been charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S.
