Ground spraying across Bristol County including Fall River, New Bedford, aerial spraying across Bristol, Plymouth Counties

More area ground and aerial spraying is scheduled to take place across Bristol County.

The following cities and towns will be treated via ultra low volume fogger mounted on the back of a pickup truck (from the street) on Monday, September 23, 2019.

Please be aware that Bristol County Mosquito Control stopped taking spray requests for
the 2019 season on Friday, September 6th.

These spray applications will be limited to the general areas listed below, subject to weather and spray operator’s discretion. For more information, residents may call the BCMCP office during business hours from 8 AM until 2 PM at 508-823-5253.

Fairhaven: General area spraying
Raynham: General area spraying
Westport: General area spraying
New Bedford: General area spraying
Fall River: General area spraying
Taunton: General area spraying
North Attleborough: General area spraying
Seekonk: General area spraying
Somerset: General area spraying
Rehoboth: General area spraying
Acushnet: General area spraying
Attleboro: General area spraying
Berkley: General area spraying
Dartmouth: General area spraying
Dighton: General area spraying
Easton: General area spraying
Freetown: General area spraying
Mansfield: General area spraying
Norton: General area spraying
Swansea: General area spraying

Aerial spraying:
Anyone within the entire red-bordered spray area could be subject to spraying in the next few days. Aerial spraying is only taking place in Fall River at the north western corner of the city. Many other local cities and towns, however, such as New Bedford and Taunton, are in the aerial spraying area.
