Great Feast of the Holy Ghost Fall River announces entertainment lineup

Food, fun, and faith are once again coming to Kennedy Park in Fall River this summer.

According to the Committee, Fall River’s 2023 Great Feast of the Holy Ghost will kick off on Wednesday the 23rd of August. The traditional blessing and serving of freshly made Holy Ghost soup usually takes place on this day.

The official opening of the Feast will take place on Thursday the 24th and usually begins at approximately 5:00-6:00 p.m.

The entertainment lineup is as follows:

Police typically distribute “Special Parking Permits” for residents in the area just before the Feast begins.

Bradford Avenue and Middle Street are typically shut down between South Main Street and Broadway while the feast is operating.
