Good news for K-9 involved in Yarmouth shooting that killed officer
The Yarmouth Police Department has some good news involving their beloved K-9 who was shot in an incident where former New Bedford resident Sean Gannon was killed.
The YPD issued the following statement:
Many people from all over the world continue to ask about our beloved K9 Nero…
As we celebrate Thanksgiving 2018, we are thankful to report that K9 Nero has fully recovered from his wounds and is enjoying his retirement from police service back home living with the Gannon Family.
Thomas Latanowich was arrested for allegedly shooting both K-9 Nero and Gannon while attempting to serve a warrant.
