Girl power was in full effect as Fall River child greets female Massachusetts and Fall River police in uniform
Massachusetts State Police, in cooperation with Fall River Police, have been spending some extra time in the area helping to battle recent crime in the city. While here, they recently received a treat.
The State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and Fall River Police were operating in that city on Thursday evening when a little girl who is a big fan of police officers saw them.
According to Massachusetts State Police, the child came out to greet the officers in her own police uniform, telling Troopers and Officers that she wants to be a police officer.
The girl requested a photo with some of her friends and female officers only, and VFAS Trooper Danielle DelPonte and Fall River Officer Rachel Silvia were happy to accommodate!
It looks like the girl is already on her way to protecting and serving.
