Freetown Police recover stolen vehicle with Gold Star plate
UPDATE: Vehicle recovered and returned to owner.

FREETOWN, MA – Freetown Police are investigating the report of a stolen motor vehicle from the driveway of a residence.
At approximately 9:20 a.m., police were alerted to the stolen motor vehicle by the owner at Cushman Ave. The vehicle is described as a silver 2011 GMC Acadia, bearing Massachusetts Gold Star Registration Plate: GS1924.
The owner told police that the vehicle was last seen parked in the driveway at approximately 10PM on Saturday, May 13, 2023. It is believed that the doors were unlocked and the keys were in the vehicle at the time of the theft.
Area residents are being asked to check their home surveillance video recordings for any suspicious person(s) or vehicle(s) in the area after 10PM on May 13th and through the early morning hours of May 14th.
