Thinking about building an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on your property? Come join a hands-on workshop where they will cover the basics of ADUs, including zoning regulations, permitting, costs, and design considerations.

ADUs are known as an in-law apartment, backyard cottage, or a basement suite.

Whether you’re looking to create a rental unit, a space for family, or just maximize your property’s potential, this session will provide the insights and resources you need to get started.

This FREE event is being held on December 3rd at 5:30 p.m. at Bristol Community College’s Fall River Campus Room C-111 and will be hosted by SouthCoast Places for People and United Interfaith Action. It is generously sponsored by Bristol County Savings Bank and BayCoast Bank, with support from South Coast & Associates and South Coast LEADS.
