Four facing murder charges after 28-year-old Massachusetts man shot to death

Four defendants were arraigned on murder charges Monday after a Worcester County Grand Jury handed up indictments against them in the December shooting death of a man on Dorchester Street in Worcester, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early, Jr.
Adrian Rodriguez, 33, of Fitchburg, Darius Perkins, 21, of Worcester, Dylan Driscoll, 19, and Jorge Rolon, 17, of Fitchburg, were all arraigned on the charge of murder. Driscoll, Perkins and Rolon were also each indicted on three firearms charges, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
On December 16, 2024, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Worcester Police responded to 58 Dorchester Street for a report of gunshots. Officers found Obed Addow, 28, of Worcester, inside his vehicle suffering from several gunshot wounds.
All four defendants were arrested on December 22, 2024. Rodriguez, Perkins and Rolon were arrested in Fitchburg, while Driscoll was arrested in New Jersey.
Rolon was initially charged in Juvenile Court but was arraigned in Worcester Central District Court on a murder charge on December 30th, 2024.
On January 3rd, Rodriguez, Perkins, and Driscoll were also arraigned on murder charges in
Worcester Central District Court. All four have remained in custody since their arrests.
All of the defendants were held without bail. The cases are due back in court on May 2.
