A Saturday afternoon accident in East Bridgewater has claimed the life of at least four young men.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz announced that at approximately 4:30 p.m., a 911 call came in at 558 West Street (Route 106) for a car into a tree. Bridgewater responded and found five victims in the vehicle.
Four victims are confirmed dead. Three were confirmed dead at the scene while one passed at the hospital. One is injured and was transported to Boston Medical Center.
All victims are male and in their upper teens.
Cruz stated that he would encourage young drivers to be careful and to go slow and that their parents love them.
Accident reconstruction teams are at the scene and the crash is still under investigation.
