UPDATE: Forever Paws issues update on sick dog abandoned in Fall River
A dog that has captured the hearts of many has found his forever home!
Pacha was abandoned at Dave’s Beach in Fall River and left there on the rocks to fend for himself. Fall River Animal Control came to his aid and Forever Paws was in the process of finding him a new home.
We had posted the conditions on his adoption and Forever Paws was flooded with applications.
Good news was delivered today by FP.
“We are ecstatic to share this news with you: Pacha will be going to his forever home this Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You to all of you who shared his story, donated, sent in cards, and the food and presents that was brought in. We are beyond grateful, and it is because of you, our Forever Paws Family, that Pacha will get his new leash on life.”
Pacha has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure that cannot be cured.
Forever Paws will be covering all medical costs for him thanks to the amazing outpouring of donations.
