Food truck destroyed by blaze in Fall River, Reporter receives update from truck’s owner
A local man’s business went up in flames late Tuesday morning in Fall River.
According to scanner transmissions, at 11:45 a.m., a call came in for a vehicle on fire with the occupant possibly in the vehicle in the area of 34 Currant Road in the Fall River Industrial Park.
Fortunately, the operator was not in the vehicle and came out to find it up in flames.
Fall River Reporter contacted the owner of Pit Stop Street Food Truck and he gave us an update.
“Thank gosh everyone is okay. I just need to know when I can get my report to contact the insurance company to check if they can help me!”
The Pit Stop Street Food Truck prides itself on serving healthy, delicious, affordable local and homemade food on the go. Menu options include Mediterranean and American favorites such as kebab & falafel, burgers and fries.
