UPDATE: The suspect has been identified as Cody Toolis.
Toolis is currently homeless and has 2 (soon to be 3) active warrants out for his arrest.
Dartmouth Police are still looking for Toolis.

Two nights ago, this suspect decided that it would be a good idea to snatch an elderly woman’s purse while she was shopping at Shaw’s.
Dartmouth Police gave a description of the incident:
“Though we were hoping that his dope baggy pants would trip him up as he did the scumbag shuffle across the parking lot, he sadly managed to slip through the dragnet, and is still at large.”
