FBI, Fall River and Massachusetts State Police arrest 4 on drug charges both in and out of jail

Multiple agencies combined to arrest 4 on multiple drug charges in Fall River.

According to police, on Saturday, the Fall River Police Department CAST Unit, in coordination with the FBI Metro Boston Gang Task Force and Massachusetts State Police, conducted surveillance related to an active search warrant targeting 27-year-old George Williams and a Fall River residence for firearms and controlled substances.

During surveillance, officers observed a vehicle associated with Williams traveling to multiple locations within the city and engaging in behavior consistent with narcotics distribution, including brief meetings, vehicle-based encounters, and a short duration visit to a residence known for drug activity. A motor vehicle stop was conducted in a parking lot, where four occupants were detained without incident: Williams; 25-year-old Guillermo Diaz; 24-year-old Reanna Aguiar; and 24-year-old Angelina Aguiar.

During the stop, officers discovered a loaded firearm inside the vehicle and recovered a significant quantity of suspected fentanyl exceeding 36 grams, along with digital scales, packaging materials, Suboxone strips, cellular phones, and cash. Based on the totality of the circumstances, officers determined that all occupants were acting in concert to distribute illegal narcotics and placed them under arrest.

Simultaneously, a search warrant was executed at Williams’ residence in Maple Gardens housing development, resulting in the recovery of ammunition, digital scales, and materials consistent with narcotics activity. All evidence was submitted for laboratory testing and forfeiture where applicable.

On Monday, court personnel reported that Angelina Aguiar removed approximately 28 grams of suspected cocaine from her body cavity while in custody at Fall River District Court. Surveillance footage revealed that George Williams, Guillermo Diaz, Reanna Aguiar, and Angelina Aguiar acted together to transfer, possess, and conceal the cocaine within the courthouse holding cells.

Based on the investigation, evidence, and surveillance footage, it was determined that all four individuals participated in joint ventures involving the trafficking, possession, and concealment of controlled substances.

According to court records, George Williams, Guillermo Diaz, and Angelina Aguiar were all held without bail at arraignment. Reanna Aguiar is being held on $5,000 bond/$500 cash bail.
