Family members say man killed in fatal hit and run collision in Fall River

Authorities are investigating an apparent fatal hit and run collision that took place in Fall River on Sunday.

According to scanner transmissions, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a man was struck in the area of Stafford Road and Palmer Streets.

A family member told Fall River Reporter that Jordan Lyttle was hit and killed in the incident.

“He was a father of 1. He had a family who loved him. He was my father’s only son. He’s not going to be with us anymore. His son is going to wake up with no father. They just left him there to die. No one helped him.”

We are waiting to hear more details on the incident from authorities.
