Family members help Massachusetts man win top prize in State Lottery game
A Massachusetts man has his family to thank after winning the top prize on a State Lottery game recently.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, the Mass Cash $100,000 grand prize was hit by Christopher Kirouac.
The winning ticket was purchased at South End National Club in Fitchburg. The store receives a $1,000 bonus for its sale of the winning ticket.
Kirouac told the Lottery that the winning numbers were family birthdays.
Mass Cash drawings are conducted twice a day, seven days a week. The cost of each play is $1. To play, you must pick five out of 35 numbers or choose Quic Pic, which randomly picks the five numbers for you. Tickets that match all five winning numbers selected in the drawing win the game’s top prize.
