Family and friends remember sweet Westport man found dead after going missing
Those who knew a Westport man, who was found deceased after being reported missing, are remembering a life gone too soon.
28-year-old Jordan D’Amaral was last seen in Fall River Wednesday when at approximately 4:15 p.m., he left work in his Gray 2019 Nissan Altima after leaving a note saying that he would come back in 10 minutes. He never returned.
According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, D’Amaral was found deceased. No foul play is suspected.
Those who knew Jordan are remembering a sweet and funny man who loved participating in and talking about sports in addition to playing video games.
Some described him as the sweetest man you could meet who had a happy disposition and was the life of the party.
Others could not find the words for the loss of a charismatic young man. That life would not be the same without him.
“The world feels a lot emptier.”
Several friends expressed their understandable heartbreak making it clear that Jordan was loved and will be sorely missed by many.
