One of Fall River’s most popular restaurants has a buyer after being put up for sale and major changes are coming.

Patti’s Pierogis at 1019 South Main Street has seen the likes of Guy Fieri for his popular Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives” and even movie royalty such as actor Bill Murray and producer/writer/director Peter Farrelly.

Now, after years of serving the public tasty polish cuisine, owner Patti Geary has found a buyer for the property.

While the sale of the property is still pending, Tan Nguyen of Boston went in front of the Fall River Licensing Board Tuesday representing TTC Entertainment LLC to transfer the Alcohol Common Victualler license which was approved.

The building will now become a pho and ramen establishment. The group states that there is nothing like it in the area and they will serve different flavors of the cuisine.

Minor renovations are expected to the interior of the building.

Hours of operation will be Monday to Thursday 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. To see how receptive the city is to this new concept they will only open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

It will be a family operation with the chef having over a decade of restaurant experience.

It is currently unclear when Patti’s will close, but for now, it is business as usual.
