Fall River’s Mazikeen hasn’t received a single application, phone call, or meet; you can change that

Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Mazikeen is another long-term resident looking for her forever home!

This large and in charge girl has been with FP for about seven weeks now without a single application, phone call, or meet. How is no one interested in this beautiful girl?!

Mazikeen is a big lady at about 75lbs and she’s a 2-year-old mastiff/pit bull mix. If you’re looking for a certified lover girl, Mazikeen is your dog. She’s super lovey-dovey, like one of those cartoons with the heart eyes. She loves belly rubs and is happy to just sit between your legs and get scratches for as long as you’re willing to give them. She’s a very mild-mannered girl who knows all of her basics already (including how to give kisses on command…obviously) and she’s actually not terrible on a leash for a girl her size. Just a little tug will pull her focus back to you; again, incredibly smart!

Also, like, ridiculously photogenic.

Mazikeen does well with other dogs, including smaller dogs, but is terrified of cats. Like, she’ll cower and try to hide if she sees a cat so maybe no cats just so she doesn’t have to live her life in a constant state of terror. Because of her size and the fact that sometimes she doesn’t know her own strength, Forever Paws is asking that any kids in the home be 12+ and okay with maybe perhaps being knocked over by a very enthusiastic girl that just wants snuggles.

She loves her toys, loves going for walks, and absolutely loves being with people!
