Clinic is from 9-11am
Rabies: $15
Microchip: $40

**Please bring proof of previous vaccination if wanting a 3 Year Vaccine**

This event will be from 9am-11am. You can call us at 508-677-9154 to reserve your spot OR email asilva@foreverpaws.com. Limited space available.

When you arrive you will ring the bell and we will come out to check you in. You must have a mask on and keep a six foot distance from any other people waiting to check in. We will take your information and payment (cash only please!), and bring your animal in, and then bring them out to you. Please bring exact amount, we are unable to provide change.
